Can anyone recomment some good Legitimate Private Money Lenders? Recomment /refer me to some legitimate, good Investors, partners and Private Money Lenders.

I'm a real estate agent but
I've been out of
business for the pass 10 years

now return back to the real estate business.

Josh, what part of Cali are you in? County wise as well. I can show you how to find the lenders but you will have to build a relationship with them first. Ohhh, don't ASK for the money at first.... tell them about yourself and what you do. Be sure to have a credability kit available in case they ask for prior deals you have done!
