Need more info on scrubbing reverse short sale listings...

Can someone please elaborate on how one goes about scrubbing a short sale listing and finding out when the trustee's sale auction is taking place?

To be more specific, once I find listed short sales that are "under contract" in the MLS, how do I find out when that property is scheduled to go to auction...preferably within the next 30 to 60 days.

Is there a proper sequence to do this?

In my area, Ky, I have to go to the Master Commissioner's Office or watch for notices at the courthouse or in the paper.  You might try a search in the "legal notices" section.  They don't provide any information online like some states but you are going to have to make some calls most likely.  Hope that helps.
